posted by HenryOut on 22-Jan-2009 16:10:16 (3704 reads)
Bassano del Grappa 22/01/2009 - Virtual Works, one of the biggest and longest running Amiga dealer and distributors in Italy and one of the fouding members of ACube Systems, announces the opening of a new web shop with some really hard to find products in limited quantities. Blizzard PPC boards, BVision PPC boards, Prometheus boards, Mediator boards and many more. Check www.vwshop.it for an initial list of the products available and to place orders.

just curios: bvisions and bppc - it's the same old boards from phase5 (which was usable already) , or it's 'reworkered' and done as new ones ?

These are the original Phase 5 boards either "new" from unsold stock or refurbished and accurately tested.
In the product description on the shop the refurbished status is clearly stated.

Even if somebody found a supply of old Blizzard PPC boards and finished them up,there will be buyers glad to get them.

Nice to be able to buy a PPC board, not that i can afford one but still.

Must say the site looks like one of those fake sites though, gives a pretty unserious impression.
Can't really say what exactly is giving me that feeling though... guess it could be the shopping carts with the pink background :)

Hm. I thought Blizzppc's SCSI 2 wasn't compatible with OS4. Is that problem fixed now ?
