| The home page says this was released on 6 March 2009.
Has something been changed to make it news now? Or did the release just go unnoticed? _________________ Moxee AmigaOne X1000 AmigaOne XE G4 I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

Sure. Edgar made a Cygnix port of it and released it now Last edited by jack on 18-May-2009 at 06:39 AM.

I use cygnix port of another (imho quite similar) email client, also made by Edgar, the sylpheed. On A1XE with 1GHz G4 it's fast (gui responsivness). I use it simultaneously with 4 imap accounts. Very snappy (alpthough the gui is a bit less snappy than simplemail, dunnoh about yam, it's a long time since I touched it last time). It is not graphically intensive app so there should be no problem, not even on classic amigas. Why don't you just try it?

Depends on your system. On my AOne XE G4 it is very usable. It is my favourite mailer and I use it for a long time now. Just try it _________________ X-5000 PPC 5020/2 GHZ, Fractal Define XL R2-Tower, OS 4.1 final update 2, 4 GB, Radeon HD 7770, ESI Juli@ XTe SAM 460ex/1,15 GHZ, OS 4.1 final, 2 GB, Radeon HD 6450 Amiga 4000D/040 25 Mhz, OS 3.9 BB2, 272 MB, X-Surf, 250 MB ZIP
