| When you use DigiRoller as a player, that's obvious the speed will be 1.0, as player plays in realtime. To measure engine speed, select 'benchmark' mode with the cycle gadget. The module is then rendered, but not played.
About the crash - I've tested OS4 version on Pegasos 2 with AmigaOS 4.1 and have not encountered this bug. I will need more details to fix it, it may be an AHI bug as well. _________________ Reggae · MorphOS Files · DigiBooster 3

ps. Krashan, greets for the :) Roller looks very logical (for me) and simply as must be without any addictions. Looks like DigiBooster itself will be just cool :) Last edited by kas1e on 31-May-2009 at 08:56 AM. Last edited by kas1e on 31-May-2009 at 08:52 AM.

I asked a friend for some tests on his Sam 440. The results of these tests seem to indicate that it is a bug in AHI or Sam 440 AHI driver. Please repeat this test to verify: 1. Render any module to an AIFF file. 2. Copy this file to AUDIO: in shell window: "copy [filename] AUDIO:". On friend's Sam the same crash happens when the whole file is copied (played),or copy is stopped with CTRL-C. It means the bug is located outside DigiRoller, as my program does exactly the same: it opens AUDIO: and writes data to it, then closes it. _________________ Reggae · MorphOS Files · DigiBooster 3
