Internet News   Internet News : Amiga's Magic Factory new icons packages
   posted by Templario on 23-Aug-2009 14:13:19 (3702 reads)
Amiga's Magic Factory continues creating new packages of special PNG icons for Amiga systems, now there are new packages although with less icons, because for external problem the creation of new packages and new icons will goes more slow than before, but the project continues live, now you can download the last package called PinUps from here.

Enjoy it!

You should add a warning about the adult content on this site

@rats

I've modified the link to go directly to the main info page, rather than the front page with the image I think you may have issue with.

I did not catch when approving the news item that the graphic on the first page MAY depict something we would not normally link to. With its low resolution I can't be sure, which is how I missed it in the first place.

I don't see anything else at the moment that would be questionable where the link goes now. But everyone please feel free to let me know if I missed anything. We do have to keep it family friendly here.

@Templario

I don't think you had any ill intentions here at all. Please don't take any offense to my re-linking.

To be honest I find avatars of gun toting hoodies far more offensive.

I don't understand where is the problem with that image, there's nothing "special" into it, also I think that here we are all 18+

@samo79

I did not catch the issue at first glance either, only after it was pointed out. Lets just say if you look closely it appears that the fairy's privates were quite exposed. The image was so low-res I can't be totally sure. But no harm done, the link still gets you to what the news item advertises, but circumvents the image that may offend some.

As for all being 18+ thats possibly true. But the TOS constrains me specifically to consider minor visitors, and by extension, seeks to be work friendly.

No harm, no foul. Everyone can still get to what was being submitted as news with the modified link.

Rather than Magic Factory icons made for poor lonesome pervert people, I had preferred to heard of news that someone had managed to keep alive the fabulous program Candy Factory for the Amiga by developing the long awaited Candy Factory II, often announced but never released...

Sigh!

Is there fear to one natural Fairy? but not problem with the relink to contents.
And your Avatar girls? now you change it for one robot for you told me that the Fairy is for adult eyes, when the free souls, Fairies, mermaids, must to be show naturals without the human clothes and our prejudice. But the icons are of diverse content.

Well, I hope that next sunday you go to mass and if you come to your holydays to Spain that you don't show your bodyparts as much compatriot yours, because in your country perhaps you anre a saint and outside not.

And all this for one Fairy and someones different icons packages that you can download it you want, this is incredible.

@All

Well with this little summer storm with this web site and its Fairy and content, the next time that there are new packages I don't put messages, etc. but this double moral or code of conduct must to be for all members include the moderators and their avatars, I think, although is a few rare to have that speak about this theme in 2009 for one Fairy without clothings. To see to belive.

@Templario

Please do not stop with your announcements because of this "little" issue.

Next time you have new packages, do please announce it! I like your announcements!

@Templario

Not everthing will be to everyones taste, don't worry about it.
A little bit of advanced notice should circumvent any upset.
As long as there are no surprises, most people will be happy.

Keep up the good work.

Cheers

Also thank you for your words, but this problem with the polemic with anybody so punctilious, well, I shall have more care with announces and other things, for example I'll go to upload one screenshot of my workbench with these icons, now when I'll upload the icons I redraw clothes or squares.
