@ L8-X

Couldn't you and your local usergroup organise something?
I'm shure that if you and your mates decide to put a little effort in to it, then the tour will be extended to the UK.

@Eric_Z

That is a good idea!

"OS4 brought to you by AmigaWorld and XYZ usergroup"! Has a nice ring to it!

I have to admit I would settle for something close the north of europe, ie north of France. Then it is only a short ferry trip/Eurotunnel and it could all be a day trip. Unfortunatly they are all so far away :o(

@Reflect

I may take you up on that!

@Eric_Z

Our group is quite small so we may not be able to organize something, I'll certainly look into it though.

Read comment four - come on, there must be a willing usergroup within 2 hours from Stansted!

actually, it wouldn't be too much trouble to have a guest here, if you are serious. I don't have a car, so picking you up would be out of the question, though.

:)

@reflect

Thanks for the offer, I was hoping to see OS4 a little closer to home though.

Okay, is it just me or is anyone else starting to suspect that OS4 may be shown running on an A1????

May have a surprise for us

Oo.

Quad G4 with SMP processing? (well, might as well start a few rumours myself)

Lets hope it IS Aos4 running on an A1.

Let's not get carried away here.

What will be shown is OS 4.0 running natively on the Cyberstorm PPC.

My guess is that they'll do the presentation in the nude.

Thats actually true (more Amigas per citizen than anywhere else). But look where that got us :(

Did you look at Amiga.dk? Check the message board we are having a meeting this friday and you are more than welcome to participate if you want to help.

You probably won't get Copenhagen on the map, but Værløse pretty close too.

Don't know when and if our show will be part of the official tour, we will se what ideas people have at the meeting this friday :)

@ SlimJim

That was not very nice.... :)

As I said, we are some people working on a show here in Denmark, locations are found but there are no dates set yet.

I might be going to Gøteborg again if I have enough time that weekend. I went to the A1 presentation up there aswell last year (and spend 30 min. at the Peg presentation nxt day :)
