| Wow, Bill, thank you very, very much! Great Christmas present!
And yes, I do have red-blue 3D glasses. This'll be fun!
Merry Christmas! |

| I only played with it for a bit, and barely looked at the readme, but it does look kinda of nice. Pity there is no mouse control (?), and also I seemed to run out of stars very quickly (not that you can help the latter, without generating fake stars). _________________ Author of the PortablE programming language. You can add more stars from the Reset Window but the more you model the slower and more jerky things get.
The best thing is not to accellerate too much, once you have attained the speed you want let go of the key, its not like a car when you have air resistance and terminal velocities. You do not need to keep accellerating as you do not lose speed, sit back put on your 3d glasses and watch it do its thing.
Using the mouse I think would not be intuitive as the key presses model thrust in a particluar direction. Using the mouse would just confuse things.
If you have any sideways or up/down motion, try experimenting with the Viewpoint forward and backward keys, you can then get the stars rotating in front of you. |

| Thanks. I'll give it a shot. Downloading now...
Just wondering, is the Hipparcos satellite running some custom version of AROS? Called ARCOS perhaps? |
