| Hi,
Just download and presently trying the latest version, at load time I have a GR each time.
The progress bar is not working for downloading files(only actual WEB pages).
Good to see that OWB is getting better...
Bye! |

| It's working just fine here. No GM at startup...
Isn't the download progress bar disabled in this release?
Thanks Joerg!! OWB is getting better and better everytime!
Cheers,

I get a GR on startup if the TABS tooltype is commented out, no GR with it un-commented (used). _________________ Hate tends to make you look stupid...

| Thanks ! Great work.
Nice that the TABs are now below the navigation buttons !
But... Those 'open' and 'close' TAB buttons look awfull and feel counterintuitive to me. Better to have them both at the left or have a close button as a 'X' or like WB's windows inside the TABs themself.
Thanks

| Thanks for this new version (and [almost] all previous ones)! ;) Tab buttons look fine to me with either OS4 or AISS theme. I did not hate progress bar at the bottom instead of at URL location as now but I can get used to it. |

| I find this version to be Faster actually, now IGN.com main page loads faster and most of all scrolls faster (after it finishes loading it is as fast as weaker web-pages) it is a pleasure to browse IGN with this version.
I also discovered how to open links in background/non active tabs (just press R-Amiga when choosing "open link in new tab" ).
The only problem I still find is that (since I leave the Bookmarks window open all the time)if I open a new Tab and then click a bookmark from a previously opened Bookmarks window, it will open in the original Tab, not the new (and active) one. It would seem that these windows are local to the tab they were opened from, while a "Global" window that just opens bookmarks in the active tab would be prefered. _________________ SamFlex Complete 800Mhz System + AmigaOS 4.1 Update 4 Amiga 2000 DKB 2MB ChipRam GVP G-Force040 Picasso 2 OS3.9 BB2 AmigaCD 32

| @sundown,
You're right once the TAB feature activated I don't have any GR at startup.
Thank you. |

| Very nice
Posted using the new version of OWB on my sam440ep.
For the first time I can now make configure changes to my DrayTek router with OWB which is rather useful.
I also have to say that I rather like the new GUI layout, if just feels more complete and Amiga like than the previous GUI, but I am not exacly sure why. _________________ Sam440ep 667mhz, 512MB, 120GB 2.5" HD, OS4.1FE WinUae 3.0.0, OS 3.9, BB3, Catweasel MkIV Amiga 1200, Blizzard 040/40 (BlizzardPPC 060/200 with SCSI removed at present), mediatorSX pci, Voodoo3, PCI network card os 3.9BB2 4MB Minimig with ARM addon boar

Yeah, this is a minor annoyance. (But I would rather he work on fixing bugs, unless this would take no time to fix.)
I have OWB's window set to open 200 pixels less wide than the screen, so that I can have the Booksmarks window permanently open on the right. (I have a 1280x1024 screen, so why not?) _________________ Author of the PortablE programming language. It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue...

ign only scrolls faster because they somehow removed the static background (which enforced a full redraw for each scroll operation). |

| @Fab Yes IGN went through some major changes recently, but speed improvements in OWB 3.22 are felt all over the place, before when I posted here and it had to go back to the page and reposition the view on the last post took more than twice the time. Even when I hit "go" here the feedback is istantaneous. Those sites that have menu that appear when hovering the mouse pointer on a tab/link now have those menus appearing twice as fast etc. I noticed similar behaviour whith faster page rendering and responsiveness all over the place _________________ SamFlex Complete 800Mhz System + AmigaOS 4.1 Update 4 Amiga 2000 DKB 2MB ChipRam GVP G-Force040 Picasso 2 OS3.9 BB2 AmigaCD 32

| Is it just me or is the progress bar appearing over the top of the url gadget?
It used to appewar at the bottom of the window.
Is that intentional or a consequence of the DSI perhaps? _________________ BroadBlues On Blues BroadBlues On Amiga Walker Broad
