Brussels, Belgium - November 15th, 2010

Hyperion Entertainment is pleased to announce the immediate availability for download of a substantially reworked AmigaOS 4.x version of Freepsace: The Great War courtesy of Peter Gordon. The file is available in our downloads section. Note that you must have registered Freespace copy in order to download the file.

since the game works pretty well(almost all the detail selected) on my old BPPC 603e@166 and BVision the answer was YES for sure I think :)

The game was really funny to play!!!!!!
One of my favourites althoughts the old Epic reains a bit better imho...
Here the really better thing was the destructions of the giant mother-ships TOO funny!!!! :)

Thanks so much! Tried it already and it works good! Sadly the game require CD to play, i hate to insert CD or DVD in order to start the game.

Finally i can enjoy this great game on my Sam, i will finish it a second time since i don't remember anything


If you plat to update another game... IT MUST BE SHOGO!!! :)

Thanks for all the effort that went into updating this game. Can't wait to play it on the X-1000. Shogo would be nice for the next one to be updated, but HereticII would be better.
