If you want you could download a quicktime version of the video that should play back with MPlayer. But it's 272MB....let me know if you want that and I can provide you a direct link.

It sounds like you need the latest version of Clipdown, YouTube changed things around a few days ago, breaking utilities like Clipdown, the latest one works fine ( I just played it )

I was quite surprised at how responsive the OS is on a classic machine, I've never took much notice before

@marko

The gears demos are included in the Warp3D package on aminet:

http://aminet.net/driver/video/Warp3D-4.2a.lha

If you are running OS 4.x don't install it, just run the demos after extracting the archive.

Download GetVideo from aminet. It's very easy and straightforward.

Yeah, well, I've got clipdown and getvideo up and running. Also with youtube. It just wont work with this video because of some 'private video stuff' from youtube.

So it seems I'm doing soemthing wrong here. But what ?

@Metalheart

Do you have a getvideo.cfg in envarc: or the dir where the script is? Try without it as well.

That looks increably smooth for a low powered, 604e 233Mhz? Amiga. Wish I could afford a Cyberstorm, but that seem EVEN more unlikely with Videos like that..
