| Been using WinUAE since the version that came with Cloanto Amiga Forever V2.0 (1998). Back then it was usable, but since WinUAE 1.0 (2005) its been excellent. Toni must be running out of ideas for new features by now Last edited by Tpod on 03-Jun-2011 at 10:14 AM.

| I know Toni will never add it , but this one piece of software could virtually end all the fighting and bring the camps together.
If it just added PPC emulation that supported MorphOS & OS4, people could boot all OSes and use them all with no artificial hardware limitation like they have now.
Might actual see an increase in conversations about people "using" software instead of just fighting about whose < 1ghz hardware sucks less.
So close, yet so far. _________________ A3000D (16mhz, 2MB Chip, 4MB Fast, SCSI (300+MB), SuperGen Genlock, Kick 3.1) --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Back in my day, we didn't have water. We only had Oxygen & Hydrogen, & we'd just shove 'em together

| So if you are running AmiKit/Amiga Forever, do you need to update WinUAE manually? _________________ -- -- aka Tony Rocks

| To update WinUAE in AmiKit, simply copy winuae.exe to AmiKit\WinUAE folder. WinUAE in Amiga Forever updates automatically (via Software DIrector). _________________ Modern Retro Experience
