| @Varthall
i love the magazine, and am a subscriber, but this is normal. the english edition is typically riddled with spelling, grammar and sentence structure problems. i wish they'd hire a native english speaker to review the text prior to printing.
oh, and for the record, i'm available.

| sorry, we do the best but i am sure that we have every time any spelling, grammar and sentence structure problems :(
All articles read one or more native proof reader. but 260.000 letters in every issue give enough place to make any wrong.

Links can be seen here, at least under Firefox.

Do you run a spell checker through all the text? I have found that it helps a lot finding the remaining errors after proof reading.

| A number of native English speakers do proofread - but none of us are professional editors/proof readers etc.
Bear in mind that most of the articles are written in German, tranlslated into English by scandinavians and then checked by Brits. All in their spare time. There's a lot of room for "accidents" and proofreading in such a roundabout manner can be hard - it's not always 100% certain what the meaning of the original phrasing was!
I'm sure Andreas would welcome more offers of help! _________________ Happiness is mandatory. MindSpace: MindMaps and UML diagrams for OS4
