This intrigues me... I thought AmigaOS 1.0 to 3.9 could only run on old classic hardware?

3,50 € is however a relly good deal, not matter what if you use it for Amiganoid Systems, Win, Mac or just as key ring, as it has nice graphics on it anyway
I will also put some professional hollywood made presentations plus iBatch/Addslideshow package on the stick.
PLUS: there will be no need to format, as the stick will also have a FAT32 partition for your data ! _________________ Geomarketing at www.geobiz.de www.gebietsplanung.net www.geomarketing-consultant.de

| Wizzard_0 You are so right i could use it to carry many more AROS flavors to my many ex Amiga friends who have no intention ever of getting AOS4 because of its lack of developers, good software and high price. |

| i hope all go well on AMIGANOID 2011
2011 most here amiga68k users and now aros users not becouse we hate os4 because its expensive and slow and thats why aros here to stay and thats why 1+ user everyday so if you dont want to use aros than thats fine dont use aros.
no one here said anything bad about amiga because we all use amiga and we all are amigans at some stage and trying to use amiga research os = aros now due to copyright with some chickens and dogs .
@Wizzard_o so dont pop out and make comments without thinking of consequences.
so i hope show goes well and USB Sticks (4GB) thats cheaper than a pint of bear here. Last edited by serk118 on 31-Aug-2011 at 12:50 PM.

Given your stand that Amiga OS4.x is the only genuine continuation of Amiga OS its not surprising your post has generated an abuse report for trolling. While you are more than welcome to your opinion at the end of the day this forum is for use by AROS and MorphOS users as well, and as such if all you have to contribute to a thread is a dig/insult please instead just keep it to yourself. I doubt you'd want someone who thinks AROS is the only way to go to pop in an AOS 4.x thread with similar comments. I'm going to clear the report giving you the benefit of the doubt that you were innocently joking. If that was all you were doing please make an effort to make that more obvious.
Thanks in advance. _________________ Pegasos2 G3 running AOS 4.1 and MorphOS 2.0 Amikit user, tinkering with Icaros VM (AROS) EFIKA owner Amiga 1200

| @all
just for the record: I can live Wizzard_o comment. I am also using Amiga OS4 very intensively. However booting in just a few seconds into AROS on my dell latitude notebook is a pleasure. Not even "Latitude Instant On" can do it that fast. Getting into the internet was never faster as with AROS... .

Wish I could come along, and ignore the idiot because the OS4 people I respect have a lot of equal respect for Aros and the work you are all doing. _________________ Amiga 1000, 3000D Toaster, Checkmate A1500 Plus http://www.checkmate1500plus.com/

| So, OS4 is fair game for bashing but AROS is not? That doesn't seem fair...
Ah, name calling too. What a refreshing change. Last edited by Wizzard_o on 01-Sep-2011 at 05:22 AM.

| hey folks.... calm down. It probably would have been better to just have ignored Wizzard_o's post. In my opinion it was just a little joke from Wizzard_o.
it is not worth going on about this, neither from OS4 point of view nor from AROS side of view. This thread is about AMIGANOID It would useless if this thread just explodes with tons of offtopic post concerning which system is better.
AMIGANOID will show Classic OS, AROS, MorphOS and OS4.1 upd 3 stuff.

| I envy this USB stick already.
I wish that it could be bought someday. My ONLY PC (out of three garbage boxes as such in my house) that has wifi-capable chip is a netbook. And it refuses to boot Icaros on external drive (I tried 1.2).
Hence the said preinstalled USB stick might work better.
Anyway I am happy Michael B included AROS in most recent Amiga Forever. If I hadn't bought its earlier version I'd probably get it ASAP now because of only that.

| Hi, for now the 3.50€ deal is only for visitors of Amiganoid. But if you like IcAROS you can donate to paolo. As far as i remember everyone who donated more than 20Euro got a free stick. Maybe you could ask Paolo if this deal is still possible. _________________ AROS Broadway - AEROS - Aminux - AmiCloud - indieGO!
