It should be 3.6 and not 2.6 in both title and the body. Also, changes "log" instead of "lock" :) |

Wasn't there an OS4 version as well..? I never got around to install it... Will try this one though.

yup. there is a placeholder page at amirc.de and a public beta available on os4depot. it seems to be much more stable since update 3 with the updated MUI runtime was released.

| When I hit the connect button, it tries to connect for a while and then times out and locks up my OS4 system. I am wondering if I need to have a previous installation with a lower version number. Is AmIRC 3.6 an update or a complete version? Note, I am trying AmIRC v3.6 for AmigaOS/68020.
In contrast, the AmIRC 3.6+ beta for AmigaOS4 available on OS4Depot works just fine. However, it is an update to AmIRC 3.5. I had to download the latest official AmIRC 3.5 demo archive from AmiNet or the Vapor FTP site and install it, then add some files from the new AmIRC 3.6+ beta.
