Now available is a new version of Sirena-AHIW 1.02 for Amiga OS4, MorphOS, Windos and Amiga OS3.5-3.9.

This new version allows you to load Scalable Vectorial Graphics (.svg) to convert, handle etc. with the help of vectorgraphics.hwp and xmlparser.hwp libraries.

For Amiga OS3.5-3.9 there are available two versions; normal CPU and those with an additional FPU.

Downloadable from:

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

Quick and simple would be the attractive features of this programme but having tried out every button I make these suggestions.

1. A list of what the buttons do should be in the manual - I could not quite make them out. Some sort of pop up on button function with mouse over would be handy.

2. Two save buttons???

3. If one starts a function and then cancels it a full return to the status quo should occur but his does not happen with the delete button, with delete and other buttons there follows a totally unnecessary cascade of requesters that is irritating.

4. In English valour and value have quite different meanings.

5. The two resize buttons are not so simple to use separately as would a single tool within which pixels, or percentages, height and width, and aspect retention can be selected with values shown or entered - sliders and buttons.

6. The undo to unmodified status of image is nice. When you add more undo levels as you intend, could you also retain this back-to-start button?

The big value of this programme is the ability to perform common image manipulation functions quickly and simply without having to load and figure out major apps every time. I would use it frequently.

Noel
