Version 0.2 will feature a sexy selection of skins to compliment sister product Jack.

Please post your thoughts and feedback here or send me an email, thanks!

Expect some nice skin for your program, just to download it and see what is all about :) I will check it out this weekend.

Is it possible to add more than the Top 10?
Maybe Top 100?

Very good, would it be possible to add a search function so you can look for your favourite band/artist and listen to their song/track? That would be like having iTunes on the Amiga

@tommysammy

Off the top of my head, top 500 is possible.

@sicky

Search filter, yes more than likely. If the band/singer is in the 'top' data than it will appear otherwise it will not.

Great program.
I seem to be missing a songwriter jpg or two tho.
Instead of carrying on the program quits when it cannot find the missing files.

Hi,

Have downloaded JackCharts but it is asking for cURL.

I have downloaded cURL and have no idea where it needs to go.

I have curl and curl-shaed and haven't a clue where they go in order for JackCharts to work.

Figured it out.

Hi,copy curl to C:

It tries APPDIR:curl path too, to have this just copy curl whereever ¿:-/ you want and from Shell/CLI type curl so it gets recorder in the APPDIR: structure (ENVARC:appdir). Hope it helps

This is great, a fun thing to play with.

If I select Music videos, and then select a video clip I get the following error
Quote:
music 1 is not currently playing!
File: main.hws (current line: 173-In Function: StopMusic)

and an option(button) to stop.
When I select stop, the error requester close, and so has JackCharts.

I have just tried again, re-launching JackCharts, selecting music videos, and the a video and I get the following error:-
Quote:
Could not find music 1!
File: main.hws (current line: 173-In Function: StopMusic)

Fixed in 0.2.

The error appears because it attempts to stop the music, but if none is currently playing it will show this message. An oversight, in 0.2 also fades music in-and-out as well as a sexy new interface.

Hi Rikki

Just downloaded program, installed & started... When click on Play icon over album image I got following error:

Sorry, there is something wrong with the clip.

And none of the videos/music [?] can be played...

RE: Curl

Yes, JackCharts requires Curl at present due to a bug in the current publicly available version of Hollywood 5 regarding RSS feeds. Andreas has already confirmed it works in the next version of HW.
