No its not (at least not currently). At the moment we are in BST (British Summer Time) not GMT, we don't go back to GMT until October. so 9PM tonight is 9PM BST which is 8PM GMT.

The speech is from the OS4 On Tour in Gothenburg, Sweden the 28th of June, roughly a week ago.

You can listen to it by AMP2 (I think that's the name) or ANR, AmigaNetRadio.

To be honest, I've never done it via ANR before, but you should be able to find a menu option somewhere.. "Load URL" or something to that effect. Then you type in "http://amigaworld.net:8000/" and off you go! As simple as that :)

A few people were having problems with the broadcast due to a bottleneck between routers on the net somewhere, however, these people tell me it seems fine now.

Worked with ANR well. However, the sound quality was poor on the broadcast (bad recording) But fun to hear. Thanks and good work with the amigaworld radio station!

I recorded the transmission, I could make available as a downloadable MP3 if a) People want it and b) The admins of AmigaWorld Radio give their permission.

Any thoughts ?

Update: Just had a play around with the audio, managed to clean it up a bit, cut the background noise a bit, sharpened up the speech, as an MP3 it's filesize is about 8Mb.

On standby pending permission to use it.

I've just found a downloadable version of the speech, the quality is a bit better and you can skip past the boring bits

It's at http://www.acggbg.org/OS4OnTour/

Thanks for the effort AmigaOne!

It was a bit difficult understand. And at first it was running at "turbo" speed like a 33 rpm record played at 78 rpm speed (geees does anyone here know what a 78 rpm record is ) but then (1 hour later) it was at normal speed...... Thanks again!

I'l try the latest version now too.

Bob C.
