What a pleasant surprise!

Looks like a very useful and handy tool, I've been missing something like this on the old Amiga.

Good work, Boing Attitude.

It's refreshing to see a news item with a picture on the frontpage. All news should have this to lighten this place up a bit. Sometimes things get too well organised.

Congrats for making software for nextgen AOS

@Glames

Looks like good stuff, but why in your videos are the program windows dipped on the right hand side? Is this an optical illusion? Or are you having fun with us?

Very nice!!

We seem to have plenty of "competing" (and complementing) filers for AOS4.
(Dopus4, Magellan, Filer, DirMeUp, Jack, ....)

And one day WB will have it's own updated file manager?

Amazing if we have developer resources for such large amount of filer variants...

Anyway, will be trying this one out & most likely buying it.

@klx300r ,

Well, the idea is not to do another DOPus, AmiDisk or FileMaster clone.
There won't be two colums. Please note that you can open several windows and copy/cut/paste between them.

@Moxee,

Well, I saw it only after have done it
And it was a bit difficult process with my camera on top of books in front of the screen

@KimmoK ,

Thanks!

Pity you couldn't have released this a couple of months ago before Magellan was got working...

Personally I don't like it, it looks like a file requester and your demo is too limited, instead of popping up a !!!Not available in the demo edition!!! requester it should open the full versions windows so the user can see the options and controls but with the 'do it' button ghosted.

Multi selection needs to be added, eg. clicking on one line doesn't clear all previously selected lines which is a pc/mac thing I REALLY HATE.

Rights... erm... RWDE_ ? Can't we have the standard ----RWED format?

In the drives list you have Volumes, Assigns and All but where is devices?

The volumes list needs to have a user setable fixed width, open the window to full screen width and it takes up nearly a third of the display.

I also managed to get a DSI when I clicked on the top left green up arrow which left the window in 'sleep' mode and cannot do anything with it now. The file list contents are totally screwed up. Screen grab and crashlog saved if you want them.

Bravo Glames,
Bought it and appreciate it !

Nice to have an history like on Ambient,
and to have directories on top.

Hoping that you will continue to improve it.

@Glames

Just a humble question: What does it provide that Filer doesn't? They both seem to do the same: Allow directory listing in multiple single-lister windows.

Personally I prefer Dopus5 on a separate dedicated screen but is currently confined to the 2-lister limitation of Dopus4...

Just try demo version and is OK, thanx for it! But my personal choice for this purpose is Filer! Small fast and free :)
