| I've tested OSDLauncher and it's ok except for the volume image matching the actual volume and the having to set mixer to "around 40%" as default.
It would be quite easy to fix to use the correct volume reported by mixer, I've edited the arexx scripts to allow adjustment by exactly 10% up or down from the current setting but your program needs modifying so that instead of the options --soundvol+ and --soundvol- it used --soundvol followed by a variable (0-10) or --soundvol0 --soundvol1 --soundvol2 etc.
