Thanks for feedbacks.

And for Qt, it's very useful in my opinion, how will we have programs like smTube, quiclytranslate, etc without that ?

Nice improvement for FastView, but I think it's better to swap the prev-next/rotate keys
because many programs use left/right for previous/next image and up/down for rotate,
for exemple warpview.

Thank you for your feedbacks,

Merci Mehdi 'K-L' to you too
for your real and serious tests.

Pvanni :
In MacOS Apercu, pictures navigation works with up/down keys
and it was like that since first versions of FastView and for me it seems natural to use left / right keys to rotate to left or right.

It's just an habit

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

@zzd10h,
I know it's just an habit, but we are speaking of AOS and at least two
only Amiga image viewer works like I described, warpview and LoView,
so if someone (like me) use most than one program it's nice to have
the same commands at least the most commons.
Just discovered an annoing feature, the rotation it's done on the file
without asking confirmation and not only on the visualization,
at least in the singlepicture mode.
Now a tecnical question, do you use a losless rotation for jpegs or
some other algorithm?

@pvanni

Yes, contrary to the normal FastView, SinglePicture mode overwrites the original picture without confirmation to minimize the user-interaction,

It's mentioned in the ReadMe.

For the technical function, it uses LibDevIL function, and according to the porter of this lib, Alex 'abalaban' :

"rotations of pi/2 multiples does not degrade pictures because it only consists of exchanging axis and orientation of said axis. Rotations of any other angle are of course degrading picture because of the required "resampling". "

Thanks Guillaume for your time works for AmigaOS4 users, because your tools has much code time and they are free, and I think some magazine doesn't speak about your software besides the typical Amiga programmers list like example Amiwest, speak about your work.
Again thanks Guillaume for your time.

Thank you Templario,
Yes you are right it's time consuming (the same for you I imagine).

To have good or bad reviews, good or bad feedbacks is not the most important,
I build these tools for me, because I needed them, to use them really and overall to have fun !

Kicko and pvanni,
new version available with your other keys rotation request

* Added the option at installation to rotate the original picture in SinglePicture mode with Up and Down arrow keys

* Fixed a wrong thumbnailed display of PNG with Alpha layer and GIF pictures

(forgot to add this in the ReadMe, thanks Kicko for the quick report )
* New CLI option to integrate this change
FastView SinglePicture SWAP image.jpg to have the rotation with Up/Down
FastView SinglePicture NOSWAP image.jpg to have the rotation with Left/Right
