In response to Dan Farber's "Is this the end of free Linux?" Bryan Taylor writes:

I read a while ago in the magazine Linux Format that SCO initiated all these court battles for one reason: they want to be bought out preferably by IBM. Seems as though SCO is striking out at everyone. This issue with the Linux OS only gives more credence to the article I had read.
