Amigaworld.net News   Amigaworld.net News : AW staff member Moxee has passed away
posted by _Steve_ on 17-Sep-2014 1:39:26 (2035 reads)
It is with a great sadness that we are bringing the news of the death of our site moderator Moxee.

Harry Kelly (Moxee) was a valued member of the team, who was always helping out wherever he could.

His passion for all things Amiga was well known both online on the various sites he was affiliated to, and in his personal life off of the internet. Moxee was always there congratulating developers on their work for all areas of the Amiga world, and supporting them through donations whenever he could.

Although (by his own admission) not a technically minded person, he offered help and assistance to those who posted here whenever he could. His presence here will be sorely missed.

Please see the thread posted here for the link to his obituary where it is possible to leave wishes and condolences for his surviving family.

RIP Moxee.

I exchanged few mails with him and he was one of the best members here. Thank you, Moxee.

From my few encounters online I never found him to have a bad thing to say to anyone always tried convince members to look at the positives.

A regular who I never had a single gripe with. I don't think he ever had a problem with me either, so it was always a dance around the threads with no real interaction, apart from the digestion of each other's words. A good one departs. RIP Moxee.

Oh this is so sad. I always thought the world of Moxee. Such a great guy. I do still check in here once every year or so just to see who is still hanging around and what is going on.

RIP Harry (Moxee).
