software OS4   software OS4 : Fractals For SketchBlock 1.5 Released!
posted by broadblues on 23-Nov-2014 19:46:07 (2141 reads)
I'm really pleased to announce a new update to my
Fractals For SketchBlock
plugin for SketchBlock.

Existing Customers can
download it now
from my site or if from AmiStore if purchased through AmiStore.

Fractals For SketchBlock, enable you to create and animate Fractal based designs in full colour.

New in this version:

Themeing: if SketchBlock Lite has been purchased from AmiStore, Fractals For SketchBlock will adopt the current theme.

Smoothing: Iteration based colouring modes can now be smoothed, given even transition between colours.

Repeating Palette Mode: This new colouring mode uses one colour from the palette for each iteration step, giving greater control by allowing the user to create there own colour transitions. Works best with longer palettes with gradual colour changes ( unless you want a stripey look ).

If you haven't already bought Fractals or SketchBlock you can buy it
here
for just £5.00, or take advantage of the convenience of buying from AmiStore.

@Retro

WRT to graphics tablets there are currently two chipsets supported the UCLogic chipset and the Wacom

UCLogic by myself is here:
http://os4depot.net/index.php?function=showfile&file=driver/input/uclogictablet.lha

There is alist at the end of the ReadMe of tablets supported.

Wacom by Alexandre Balaban
http://os4depot.net/index.php?function=showfile&file=driver/input/wacomtablet.lha

There is a similar list at the end of his readme.

I have an 'A6' sized 15cmx13cm LaPlaz tablet. It's okay but I'd rather an A5 one, drawing on it is just alittle too cramped.

There are a few other chipsets out there these days, but can't really write drivers for thse without a test sample (not a hint ).
