A-EON Technology Ltd is pleased to announce that it has concluded the purchase of the source code and exclusive rights to develop, publish and distribute MED, OctaMED and OctaMED SoundStudio for the AmigaOS and Amiga-inspired operating systems, including MorphOS, AROS and emulation from the current owner Ray Burt Frost. As part of the sale agreement A-EON has the exclusive right to use the MED, OctaMED and OctaMED SoundStudio in all product marketing, promotion and branding for AmigaOS and Next-Generation AmigaOS inspired versions including emulation.

Great news, but is this really true about Sony developers and PS4? Sounds as a good commercial for our platform.

Good stuff!

I guess first priority is to make it work better on next gen systems and support AHI natively. Any details who's going to take the task?

Personally I'd like to see midi supported thru camd.library first :)

Never used octamed only tried but protracker was my thing back in the days. However as i have midi equipment octamed will suit fine :) How many trackers do we have with midi on amigaos4 ? Now get to work. I need this piece of software updated :)

And as densho (rno) mentationed before... use camd.library for midi please :)
