| Yeah, thanks a lot!
It also gave me a good incentive to check which version(s) I was actually running on my Amigas. It turned out I had: 2 with 4.18.37 (4.18.40 was downloaded, but never installed), 2 with 4.18.29, and 2 with 4.18.22.
Needless to say, I'm now in the process of upgrading DOpus4 on all six machines ...
Best regards,
Niels |

*Changed "Hidden" bit in Protect requester to "Hold" bit for OS4. Eliminated hidden bit setting in ConfigOpus which activated hiding of files with the H bit set. The H bit is actually a hold bit in OS4 and indicates to AmigaDOS that the file should be added to the resident list if the P (pure) bit is also set. |
The H bit has always been "hold" since... well, not quite so far back as TripOS but certainly OS2.04. _________________ "Miracles we do at once, the impossible takes a little longer" - AJS on Hyperion Avatar is Tabitha by Eric W Schwartz

| Thanks for the update. A few questions.
Before DOpus used its internal viewer, is there an option to return to this and not loading Multiview for docs?
It will be nice if the topaz font can be changed in the prefs, because in modern Amigas topaz is too tiny... _________________

| Nice release!
BTW, I have always thought that the 'H' bit stood for 'Hidden' not 'Hold'. I've been using Amigas for 20 years. How could I miss this? |
