Miscellaneous News   Miscellaneous News : Amiga Kit 13th Anniversary
   posted by amigakit on 30-Jun-2017 23:25:45 (2876 reads)

We are pleased to celebrate Amiga Kit's 13th year anniversary.

Formed way back in 2004, over the preceding years Amiga Kit has been involved in numerous activities and various Amiga software and hardware projects.

We have taken this opportunity to look back through the timeline and have added a brief summary of events in our new Amiga Kit history section

Congrats, but I just cant help but feel this is more a documentation to prove to any court of why Amiga kit should be allowed to use the Amiga name, it just feel like that, with recent events too, and the interest bit on "Hyperion Entertainment licenced ROMs to Amiga Kit for manufacturing in 2012, revoking that licence later in July 2017." which is today just makes me think, things are going on in the background as to who owns the Amiga trademark.

Surely it's a good reason to have a SALE? :)

Happy birthday Matt and associates.

And to clarify the issue, its AmigaKit, so there isn't a trademark issue.
Has anyone ever heard an objection from Bill McEwen?

Congratulations AmigaKit

I hope you have another 13 years of success (if you can put up with the constant whine from many remaining Amiga users). Your dedication to the community is greatly appreciated by most of us.

@amigang

Always a negative person isn't there.

@AmigaKit

Congrats on another milestone. Ignore the usual background noise.
