| I don't know how I'm going to cope without this service provided by Microsoft, I mean I really love their products and every peice of software I run was written by Microsoft, this 3rd party software just isn't up to the job, Microsoft software is the most stable on the planet, It's vey fast and by far the safest to use. |

| Microsoft could Quote:
provide consumers with a safer, more secure and positive overall online experience | by dropping all of their product line and withdrawing from the market completely, but how likely is that to happen? _________________

| Just saw this on ITV news, library footage of a boy using an Amiga 500 was used in the report and a shot of Amiga OS was used as the headline backdrop .
Anyway, sounds as though MSN are worried about the potential fallout of some sort of liable case against them if there was to be a high profile child abuse case where the abuser had used their chat rooms. |

| So these free chat rooms weren't making microsoft any money, were perhaps even costing them money, so they needed an excuse to get rid of them then?

Microsoft...
...and I said nothing ! |
So Microsoft... make you angry to the point of becoming a terminator, because you are talking to a brick wall which is nuts and they are the spawn of the devil, making you smash people over the head with mallets for no reason, which is a funny thing that makes you roll on the floor, but it also makes you sick and you want to smash up your pc.....
Someone needs help _________________ Test sig (new)

Nah, I knew that regular readers would be able to see I was being sarcastic, I thought it was funnier to leave off the smiley, I've never made it a secret how much I LOVE Microsoft , |

The increase in abuse of the Internet, such as the massive growth of spam and the increase in unsolicited and inappropriate material |
hmmm, if M$ hadn't started html format email the problem would be literaly half the size
But then if they had a secure address book system it wouldn't exist at all
another thought... If chat rooms are responsible for the amount of spam floating around the net, why do I get so much when I've never visited one?
A new entry for the M$ dictionary:
Abuse: people taking advantage of all the security holes and bugs (oops, issues) in M$ software. _________________ OS4 Rocks X1000 beta tester, Sam440 Flex (733)
