Aye.
I'm still not clear on whether OS4 datatypes allow reading *and* writing the various formats.
I'm also curious about : - movie datatypes (is there a movie superclass? what formats are supported?) - audio datatypes (what formats are/will be supported?) - multimedia (datatypes for showing and interacting hollywood/scala/SMIL/SWF would be flinking awesome! - but is such a thing possible?)
A good read other than that though :)

I'm not sure whether there will be movie datatyoes but it does appear that there will be a movie player supporting various formats, at least according to the , which are too numerous to list here.
