By elected members from the community; let them deal with it.
By everyone donating getting a single vote per donation.
By everyone donating getting a single vote per donation of $N amount.
By community polls open to everyone, including those unable to donate.

bump. bringing back to the top...seems like a fair amount of voting going on but not much discussion...no one else has their .02c to add? Good discussion so far, but srot of expected more people to have something to say, even if 'not interested, here's why.'
