Paolo be serious please, if we want an Amiga like OS on x86 we can use AROS already, AROS is availible on x86 machines since 1995 or so, CommodoreUSA or not ...
They only try to hijack the Amiga name attaching the brand into a simple PC, this is a know story that's it.
Community are sick not by legal actions, community are sick by trolls and speculators ...
You can't use the Amiga name to sell PCs with Windows or AROS, legal action or not is a logical manner ...
