Did anyone mentioned AnubisOS team here?

They talked something about rebuilding AROS on linux kernel?

I am also wonderind did they really acquire rights to the Amiga brand or is it a hoax. Amiga Inc being absent it is difficult to find out... CommodoreUSA website is little amateurish (blurry images and dull layout) but IWin had certain details revealing it was a fake. So far I couldnt find anything like that from the CommodoreUSA website.
