Hobbyists/geeks to whom it would make a difference whether the underlying architecture is x86 or PowerPC. How big a market can that be, I don't know, but may be enough for small companies to release something.

I think part of the Amiga survivors from the past will never leave PPC. The market for PPC Amiga is a maximum of 1000 persons likely to be fewer. If there is a credible x86 Amiga PPC can maybe get up to 3000 users. Larger than this is not the market for this product. We must remember that there are 2-3 times more expensive stuff with only 0, xxxx1% of the number of computer programs that you have access to all computer programs that exist. It's too bad exchange. Therefore, stop the client base in a few thousand.
If AmigaOS4.x ported to a PC-Amiga, the Amiga a real chance to get number of customers approaching a million. which can also PPC Amiga increase to 20-30000 customers.
Unfortunately, probably Hypeions selfishness in the way of such development. Hope I'm wrong on Hyperion!_________________
