That indeed is a possibility, but only of you're a US military contractor like Raytheon. Big defense companies like that were supposedly able to bully Apple into selling them completed parts, and keep those in production, bot no new design to them, and unless X is a found stock of finished development boards, the likes of us cannot get the things. As far as I'm concerned, PA Semi is right out, disappointingly. I'd have loved to have had a laptop using their chip...
