Yes, I have it installed, but did not figure out how to make it become a part of the OWB window._________________ Moxee AmigaOne X1000 AmigaOne XE G4 I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong. |

| AWeb for me. It's the most Amiga like (I like Boopsi over MUI). It's very fast and open source is great. Needs a lot more work though.

I use OWB and AWeb. On my Efika I use OWB only, on my peg I use OWB and AWeb. OWB is great, but sometimes a bit slow and some things are just not very amigaish. But it is a really great browser. _________________ My programs: via.bckrs.de MorphOS user since V0.4 (2001) |

| Why is aweb not on the list? It is more popular than some of these browsers on this list. it is also one of the few that is still in development. |

Favorite? IB.
OWB is only used when IB isn't sufficient, which sadly, is often. I get the impression IB is even less developed than AWeb...which is too bad, as besides it's rendering, it's a nice piece of software (IB that is). Hopefully OWB will be 'complete' in the future, and kudos for those involved.

| I voted for IBrowse too, but OWB and NetSurf are getting close.
Why wasn't Netsurf listed?

| Ibrowse first and OWB second.
But i figure out that most of the pages i visit daily change a bit and so im forced to use OWB instead.
OWB will be better from version to version. Ibrowse surely lacks with missing css feature.
I hope the Ibrowse Team will release Ibrowse 3.0 someday and don't see in OWB a too big competitor.

No. While I'm sure someone will jump in to assure us work continues on it, haven't seen signs of movement, so I hope it does become Open Source if the only other option is falling off the face of the earth..

Aweb is still being slowly developed even if there hasn't been a release lately. The source has been changed in 2009. Most of the changes are bug fixes. The developers have talked about a new release.

Yes, Odyssey, ftw. Our best browser, it should have been mentioned in the poll options.
I know, 'Origyn' was an option, but our variant is distinct enough that it deserves to be called by its proper name, and that is Odyssey.
And btw, Fab has been a big help when I've run into issues getting something working correctly (as well as being a great MorphOS developer). Last edited by Beans on 19-Oct-2017 at 04:07 PM. Last edited by Beans on 19-Oct-2017 at 04:04 PM.

| Odyssey.
As it for some weird reason is missing, I instead voted iBrowse (best for 68k).

It's probably because the poll was created almost 9 years ago :)
I use Odyssey mostly on my emulated 4.1 system. It seems to be the most feature complete. I sometimes switch to Netsurf which is faster but not as complete/compatible. |
