| @tygre A meeting in Montréal would be awesome at least to see how many Amigans we can gather from Ontario and Québec altogether.
Then altogether we could pay a visit to our buddies from the US for an even bigger event :)
I will have my sam460 by then, I like to have something to show.

I understand. I was just saying that tongue-in-cheek.

I was thinking of some "regular" meetings, what about you? Cheers! |
I was just curious if if you were going to start up a show. I am clear across the continent and below the border 250-300 miles or so. I am not anywhere near you.
Not much Amiga activity around here any longer. I think I am the only Amiga user in this county if not this side of the state. It is so sad to see how far we have fallen since the glory days.
When I lived in Seattle we had quite an active user group clear up until after Billy Mc took control. Slowly the group fell apart and the meetings stopped. We still have our mailing list although there is not much posted until someone has a problem and asks for help._________________ Moxee AmigaOne X1000 AmigaOne XE G4 I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong. |

No car, but I've gone to shows in Toronto before by bus. (World of Commodore-Amiga back when C= was still alive!)
As for January 14 at UNYAUG - maybe possible but still I have no passport. Maybe one of those special driver's licenses would be easier/quicker to get. I may soon have an American GF so have other reasons to get across the border (she's coming to meet me this weekend! So nervous/Can't wait!! :) ).
