About 6 weeks ago i got a source of latest Odyssey from Fab (thanks to him as usuall for opening them), and in last days i start to works on port of new version. And today, at last, i have something (through, as expected it have some bugs here and here because of different reassons, which i need to fix before release + fix some bugs from previous release, etc). There is today's screen:

Those days wasn't easy enough, and i spend quite some time to making it works: I do all compilation on not so fast notebook, and it tooks about 6 hours to whole recompiling of OWB, what mean that every single change i do in the some critical .h core files, offten leads to whole recompiling. Add there some stupid mistakes which i do as well, so you can imagine how boring all of this was.

As i say before, we thinking about making a bounty for (and split money beetwen main author and all other ones who directly or indirectly works on os4 version), but currently its all in progress what should be in , and i waiting till opensource media-player for odyssey will be done (there is bounty, so donate to it as well), aslo porting of threading curl, npapi plugins and co are planned for such a bounty. But if you want to show your support, you feel free to donate me HERE for all those last days of boredom.

I will update thread since there will be something intersting or some good enough release.

I find I have actually been using my X1000 with OWB on it for browsing websites lately, sometimes even before my Mac Mini that is in need of a new HDD as mine is but slow and the OS seems to be real sluggish.

I like OWB very much.

Dumb question time: Looking at the screenshot, how do you get rounded corners to windows within OS4.1.4, really like that look and don't know how to obtain it! Told you it was a dumb question from a returning Amigan

With all due respect to you all donating to kas1e for his efforts in porting this to OS4. What about the man who actually wrote this software, Fab.

I think it is about time he benefitted from this amazing browser which was a huge project for him.

Its new beta-mui which will come with aos4.2. Through theme is recreating of ferox theme from morphos, which copyrighted, so it will be not included by default with mui of course, but you will be able to just download it somethere and use. I do not know when os4.2 will be relesed through, my bet is one more year :)
