You can order it now from Ultimate Amiga website.
There's actually no plans for a physical edition but it exists as bonus for A1200 kickstarter case campaign from Amenophis (Titan/Ultimate Amiga Edition).
The sell price for a physical edition will be € 19.90 without shipping costs. Launch a production may depend of number of interests.
