Ah yes FreeCiv!
Forgot all about that game. Has anyone played it yet, and if they have is it any good as I was thinking of getting it for my Amiga.

Hmmmmm, I have Civilization for my Amiga, which is an absolutely
brilliant classic game, but I've never heard of "FreeCiv". I tend not
to be that knowlegable about game releases.

If it's an update to the classic game Civilization though I'd be very
iinterested! I think I'll check this out and see what all the fuss is
about.

FreeCiv is a freeware spinoff of Civilization 2. It allows multiple human players to compete in addition to computer players.

It has some of the features of Civilization 3 included and some of the effects of the wonders have been modified to make things more fair. It has decent graphics but not as good as Civ3.
