Oh well I am unable to use my USB pad

It shows up in joyai.dll as USB controller and I configured it but after starting the CD, FPSE seems to have lost the settings !

going back to the GUI and the USB controller does not appear anymore

Nice GUI BTW

Wow, does it mean I can play all the PlayStation games on OS3.9? How fast is it?

There should be a similar effort as FPSE to make an OS4 emulator so you can run OS4 on any hardware!

At last we have it!!!
FPSE is a cool emulator and with more work could be indispensable for the Amiga/OS 4.0 users that like to play some advanced games still modern on my point of view.
I will try it now and hope it reacts well with my OS4 July enviroment.

What exactly happends? It's been tested on OS3.x (A1200), OS4 (A1, A1200) and WinUAE, but not on MorphOS.

The OS4 version should probably run with the OS4Emu for MorphOS, but again, that's not tested.

I tried it yesterday, and I am amazed. It's more compatible, and games which didn't work before for sure, now work flawlessly. The AmigaInput pluging is great and supports analog sticks for both handles, it's faster, more stable, more configurable, and easier to use. The warp3D plugin is great, although not usable for all the games (on my microA1, probably not much video memory for the textures), but with the standart GPU plugin all works fine. Finally the wait is over. Thank you AmiDog.

I tried 3 games,

Ridge Racer was very slow on the R200 card i have here (its much faster on a R100, microA1 no idea why)

Disney Magical Racing tour is extremely slow, same for XENA the warrior princess.

Playing those in software renderer is a lot faster.

I also noticed that in Disney Magical Racing tour the in-track music plays for about 10 seconds and then starts again, repeating all the time.

great work though !

The R200 Warp3D driver is very slow when rendering few/small triangles.

Here are some numbers from rendering 10000 small triangles (10x10 pixels). I'm rendering between 1 and 100 triangles at once using W3D_DrawElements and with/without texture mappning enabled.

The Warp3D plugin tries its best to render as many triangles as possible at once, but as soon as the texture and/or blending mode is changed by the game, the plugin has to flush its internal vertex cache.

Also, the color scaling isn't working in the R200 driver, so the games will look too dark. There are more details/issues concerning the Warp3D GPU in the documentation.

Maybe the game uses SPU interrupts. Try to enable them and see if it helps.
