I tried to download the update several times but I keep getting this error:

Error: enhancersoftware_plus.lha file is corrupt on download.
Expected file CRC32: Downloaded file CRC32: 3773209034

I sucessfully downloaded several other updates; only the enhancer failed. The expected CRC32 in the message is blank which might have something to do with the failure.

What are some of the new Radeon card models that can be recommended?

I take it though these new Oland card not for regular Warp3D? Just newer Nova?

Yes the new RadeonHD Oland driver will work with the older Warp3D SI driver as well as the new Warp3D Nova.

Oland chipset based cards are typically R7 240 and 250 series.

IIRC, someone (maybe Hans?) advised to steer clear of GDDR3 memory. The R7 240 seems to have GDDR3 memory. Can anyone update on this? Is GDDR3 memory problematic?

The table on Wikipedia suggests that both GDDR5 and DDR3 can be specified for that model.

I still have v1.7 and v2.10. What's diffrent (more precisely)..?

That cool ! Through there is again no change logs ? Thats necessary, so users will know what exactly was changed, what was fixed or what new features was added. Its the same as we all the time ask from Hyperion years ago, and in end they make changelogs which is good.

For example, what exactly was fixed, or updated, or changed in Tunenet and AmiPDF ? Was AmiPDF radically changed ? Was Tunenet somehow extendent or just bug fixed ?

I.e just (updated) word not enough. Need whole list of changes/fixes for every component. That will help to all users to know what to check, and what new. Without changelog it kind of hard to know what new exactly.

Hope for next release there will be normal changelogs put publicaly. Thanks !

Edit: problem solved, I had to delete corrupted file and the redownload, them all went fine!
