PS3 Blu-ray problem not related to firmware: Sony

They complained that Blu-ray movies and PS3 game titles just froze and could not be continued. It appears that the Sony customer services suggest giving their systems for repair which would cost a bit if out of the warranty period. The real reason for this occurrence or a solution is still not fathomed.
