eNewsReader r2 released |
| software OS4 posted by ChrisH on 18-Jun-2017 12:23:12 (3559 reads) |
This new release removes all demo/trial limitations, so that it is the full version.
Releasing it completely for free is an option I have always considered, and after a lot of thought (and seeing the limited interest in eNewsReader) I've concluded this is the best way to go. It does however mean that I won't be providing proper (commercial-level) support & updates, and instead only provide updates as & when I find the time & interest.
I hope that eNewsReader will provide people with an additional reason to use AmigaOS4 instead of Windows/etc
What does it do? eNewsReader is a ground-breaking program for AmigaOS4, which allows you to easily keep track of tens (or even hundreds!) of news sources. You no-longer need to visit many websites every day or week, on the off-chance there might be something new. And by centralising all your news sources in one place, you will save masses of time, so it's great for people with busy lives. I created eNewsReader because of my frustration at how bad existing news readers were (such as Feedly & Digg Reader, never mind Facebook & Twitter themselves).

Happy Father's Day, C= and Ami aficionados!
The Fresno Commodore User Group has its next meeting from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Sunday, June 18 at --
Bobby Salazar's Mexican Restaurant 2839 North Blackstone Ave. (corner of Blackstone and Michigan) Fresno, California (559) 227-1686
Note the changed time for the meeting; we must be out of the room in order for a Father's Day group to take over at 2.
Since our last meeting, two shows have happened -- the Bay Area Maker Faire and the Pacific Commodore Expo NW. I'll have a report and photos from both shows.
