Blast from the past: a new version of Odyssey browser for AmigaOS4 |
software OS4 posted by kas1e on 2-Jan-2022 21:30:32 (6261 reads) |
Odyssey 1.23 rev.5 for AmigaOS4
About 5 years passed since the last os4depot release of the AmigaOS4 port of Odyssey browser originally written for MorphOS.
For that time there were few spikes of additional work done on port and beta-versions were released on amigans.net for those who were brave enough.
But now (at last) after some small updates done lately there is a normal os4depot release so everyone can use the new version. And if by some luck there will be some newbies they will have the latest version of what we can give at the moment.
Grab it from the os4depot while it is hot!
!! NOTE !! FRESH INSTALLATION IS A MUST !! NO "overwrite" WAY !!

The Amiga Future magazine - Issue 154 preview is now available to view online |
News posted by AndreasM on 16-Dec-2021 9:53:42 (929 reads) |
This is the full colour preview and excerpts of the Amiga Future magazine, issue 154 (January/February 2022) that can now be viewed online on the Amiga Future website. ATTENTION: We will try to send the issue in the first week of January again this year. I.e. the booklets are published over the turn of the year already packed. So please order the issue as early as possible or remember to pay your subscription bills.
Some of the interesting articles in this issue are:
Interview Thomas Römer Review Matze 68030-TK2 Review Ad Cosmos Ex Terra
Of course there's so MUCH more actually in the magazine.
Needless to say you often get other versions of software, often what was commercially available, as well as some of the latest try-outs or freely released software applications and games for, hopefully, all of the Amiga type Operating systems, so that's Amiga 'Classic', OS4, MorphOS, and AROS, including some PD software for these systems, all on the Reader's cover CD.
A detailed description of this issues contents and excerpts can be found at: https://www.amigafuture.de/app.php/kb/index?c=13
The Amiga Future magazine is available as an English and German printed magazine - every issue is available in FULL COLOUR - directly available from the magazine editorial office and also from various other Amiga dealers.
Caution!
We ask all Amiga Future subscribers to check whether we have the current postal address and email address of you. The Amiga Future will be packed and shipped a few days before the release date. We therefore need a change of address as soon as possible. Important: Requests for forwarding normally do not work with magazines!
We also ask you to check whether any subscription bills have already been paid. Unfortunately, many subscription bills are currently still unpaid.

Now AmiTube 0.5 is out and the YouTube for Classic Amiga project continues. With this version, there are several updates. Most important is that the user can choose between OCS and AGA versions of CDXL, which makes this YouTube for Classic Amiga project available for all Amigans.
Get AmiTube and start getting video clips to your Amiga.
