Ryu's Show Report - Big Bash 2 |
| Events posted by Ryu on 17-Oct-2004 20:48:06 (2581 reads) |
Yep another report by myself is now online.
I forgot my CF card for the digicam so no photo's by me. However GiGa (a member of intuitionbase) had his camera so the photo's and video are from him. Hope you enjoy the review nearly as much as I enjoyed being there.

| Software News posted by MikeB on 17-Oct-2004 15:57:46 (3539 reads) |
Taken from Richard Drummond's website : "A new version at last - or least a release candidate of the next version. This one is based on the WinUAE 0.8.27 core and includes a vast multitude of bug-fixes and improvements, so I'm not even going to try and list these here. See the README and ChangeLog below for the full story. Binaries will be made available shortly."

Probably many of you already suspected as I suggested with the hint on my web page: Petunia dynamic recompiler based emulator (aka JIT emulator) has finally been successfully integrated into AmigaOS4.
For more information please check out my web page, especially the FAQ part:
Project Petunia page
Thank you for your patience, it was a long year, but finally we are at the home straight.

Since the last news item we have taken delivery of the raffle prize and some photographs can be seen on the Big Bash 2 Website

Freeware Advanced Audio (AAC) Decoder for OS4 |
| Software News posted by Turbolaban on 15-Oct-2004 19:43:20 (3688 reads) |
| I have uploaded an OS4 port of libfaad (Freeware Advanced Audio (AAC) Decoder). In addition to the library itself, the archive contains some small programs using the library. One is a simple audio player which can be used to play mp4 (m4a) files, like the ones created by iTunes.
