| I wonder what that video indicates...
A1222 able to playback two FullHD mpeg4 videos at the same time?
(not possible with single e500 cpu core? so that shows GPU assisted video playback?)

It indicates that with the newest drivers from A-EON, you can play hardware-accelerated video on OS4.

Wow indeed just downloaded this and stuff like Torcs and Speed dreams appear to run quicker now and in higher resolutions!
Now if only someone could sort out that out of date browser we have 😉

With what graphics cards does the hardware-acceleration of videos work? Is there the same limitation than with 3D drivers (HD 4000 and HD 5000 series not supported)?

Apparently there are 2 vids, hence the confusion.
One is cinematic resolution and the other 720P.
If you look at Spectre's post you should see this resolution that some folks might not recognize.
