Seriously, would that mean that OS4 was being produced "In House" again?

Would that be a good thing? I hate to sound pessimistic (or, actually, I don't, but when it concerns anything Amiga, I do), but financial trouble or not, Amiga Inc. don't seem to be making a million bucks a minute. And the current deal regarding HW/OS is that if they do go belly-up, then Eyetech/Hyperion will still be able to keep the show running, as far as the legalities go, at least this is the impression I've gotten.

So if they were to grab the OS back, like, yesterminute, and get KIA, like, tomorrow morning, that doesn't sound like a good thing regarding development rights.

Though, I'm sure this is not a topic even worth getting worked up over. It'll blow over like everything else.

And, in conclusion, of bloody course they won't flatline on us. And any ol' day now they will be making bucket-loads of cash, all of them. And the developers will all get fat bonuses, long vacations, and be back in time to start working on 4.1! Yeah!

That would stun a bunch of trolls!

Hey, go easy on the trolls! Don't you know they're an endangered species?!
