The wrote a receipt for the $22,500 to Itec specifically calling out the clause. According to the letter sent from AI's lawyer to Hyperions Lawyer (ie Ben), the payment of $8850 was specifically for the clause as requested by Ben himself. According to the request for the injunction, the $7200 was specifically for the clause at the request of Hyperion. If either of those is correct (and I have doubts that in a letter between two law firms, which specifically calls out the letter he is responding to, he is making up the issue) then in the fall of 2006, Hyperion was still asking for money for the 2001 contract clause from AI Delaware, despite now telling us that AI Delaware isnt a successor company and even if they are they lost the rights to that clause as of mid 2005. Does that make any sense to you? -Tig
