@X86_Amigist

And who you think developed most of Amiga PPC games and AmigaOS after 3.x?

That is AMIGA of today since idea of OS 4.x is that we have chipset independent OS that can be run on custom boards, much like your x86 world, just CPU is not the same. Thanks to that it`s easy to use USB, PCI, soon PCI-E cards on Amiga boards of today.

So you have to realize you currently worship no product, and no Amiga related product, and have no arguments, too ...

Go run WinUAE, it`s nice and has nothing to do either with Hyperion or CUSA.

As much as we know CUSA is just name buying name company trying to sell old brands. Nothing that actually has any connection to products of previous Commodore and Amiga names as we know them. So they are neither Commodore or Amiga in reality. And you are neither Amiga user to all you write.

Then the only please-all solution would be have an option on the user's account to define which forums appear on the front.

Well been that I use the name AmigaNG, I should know where it was first used, and I believe Gateway did use it for the planed new Amiga, that was later renamed AmigaMCC, pic below as proof.

@amigang

Yeah, yeah, but only realised AmigaNGs (PowerPC as planned)
was AmigaOne, and in the same line two Pegasos and two SAM`s.

Original NG concept also at the end evolved to PPC
http://www.amigahistory.co.uk/angevol.html
Corel Office was also promised
http://www.ann.lu/comments2.cgi?view=019990325b&category=news

There was even a "Zico" specification for NG Amigas
that all this could fit (except for next gen Matrox Gfx card that has never been delivered)
http://www.amigahistory.co.uk/amiga2kprod.html

It was intended to go to AmigaOS 5 (AmigaDE) at that time, but anyway, only OS 4.x is delivered.

However, the name of AmigaNG remained at couple web sites, and in community use, to differ from Classic line and Classic line expanded with PowerPC.

e.g.
http://www.amiga-ng.org/index.php?op=edito
http://map.minimig.net/
http://www10.brinkster.com/amigang/Home.asp
http://www.vincentperkins.com/AmigaNG/

Or it is just all linked to your username?

The fear seems high for coming Commedoreusa, why?
"It's just a PC with Amiga brand"?

Or could it be that you sense something bigger behind the "brand"?
But fear of what will be creating strange postings ....

Where in gods name is BeOS a Copy of Amiga OS? It has nothing to do with it. It has nothing similar with Amiga OS, except that it is very responsive.

It seems that you only post stuff to angry the users here and that without any real knowledge.

Hehehe.... First thing I thought. Such keyboard layouts are fine for the perfect 10 finger typing people but for a not so perfect 10 finger typer like me they are a disaster.

@damocles

I am more waiting to see support forums of CUSA filled with
"Why my Superfrog or Shadow of the beast" do not work?
Where is Workbench icon? )))

@amigang

Interesting package for Natami.
First time I hear that there will be OpenOffice 68k
AROS 68k CD looks nice with the sexy cat

Keyborad looks awful to me (I like clean designs)

And all those big words around ... Wait until they are availiable
on Natami or Amiga OS 4.x

What? Do you think they will be doing a new workbench? OS5?

I must admit, this new Commodore have had a fair few in house programmers since they started. As they have been making games for mobile devices.

It is possible that they got the rights from A-inc to make a new Workbench based on the original code. Could be the stab in the back A-inc has been looking for since Hyperion won the court case.

Who knows.

@Wraith2021

I don`t expect anything more then their All In One computer (of unknown design)
that`s Atom based PeeCee (a toy) with nice old school Amiga logo and Commodore Amiga.

Time will tell what they will bring, let them finish it and then we can comment it.

Big words of it being the only real Amiga, best Amiga or that it will have some new x86 AmigaOS are simply false propaganda, and should be ignored.

There is no definite realise date (that could be delayed )) for their "Amiga", hell we don`t know even the case design and estimated price at the moment (that`s what I mean when I say that in the terms EP460 or even X1000 are more real).

You may be getting one of the other Commodore entities confused with C=USA.

Hyperion didn't win the court case, a settlement was reached. The settlement agreement is a publicly available document. The agreement has an anti-compete clause in it.
