I'd like one of the MAGA hats they had at the A-EON developer meeting.

Actually they have been selling such things for a very long time.

Here's their ebay shop:

Isn't Bill McEwen or Fleecy Moss supposed to buy these t-shirts for AmigaOne buyers?

No, they're going to get them free in return for coupons

They're only using the branding granted to them by Amiga Inc in the settlement. I've had my Amiga OS T-shirt for nearly 2 years now

It's obviously what TRIPOS wrote. How can't you see it?

@Birbo

I can´t see into Tripos´s mind (I´m glad I can´t...), but I think he meant current struggle for Amiga trademarks between Hyperion and Cloanto. "Amiga" and "Workbench" trademarks are their battleground.

"AmigaOS" on the other hand is term used by Hyperion and intentionally ignored by Cloanto. There was never (as far as I know) dispute between Hyperion and Cloanto concerning the use of "AmigaOS".

True, yet grounds were listed for refusing Hyperion's uspto filing to register both AmigaOne and AmigaOS based on multiple factors.
In a sense, depending on whether further paperwork clarifies Hyperion's position (as detailed in the trademark thread), such a dispute could arise indirectly. We still have about 3 months before reply from Hyperion to uspto is required.

Since potential opposers to the Cloanto uspto filing for the Amiga trademark have to reply next month (September 6, 2017), and since THAT trademark is the cause for the bulk of the uspto concern over the applications by Hyperion for AmigaOne and AmigaOS....we may get some idea sooner as to how parties are going to proceed.
