| My final entry to this thread ... Bookmark issue resolved.
I do not have enough RAM to use Timberwolf to its full potential. MicroA1-C with IBM 750 GX CPU and 256 MB RAM AmigaOS 4.1 Update 5
FOR MicroA1 THE KEY IS TO FREE UP AS MUCH RAM AS POSSIBLE
1) Disabled SWAP 2) Removed AmiDock from WBStartup 3) Removed background photo and changed background to grey or white 4) RANDOM is in DEVS:DOSDrivers 5) Timberwolf RC3 or CurrentUserProfile on SYS: partition (SFS\00 in my case)
Saving bookmarks (repeat for each new bookmark) ... 1) Launch Timberwolf 2) Wait until files are loaded (about 1 minute) 3) Go to website, save as bookmark, click on done button in requester 4) Quit Timberwolf 5) Wait until disk activity stops (about 2 minutes) 6) Reset or power off and on
Only one bookmark can be added per session, reset and launch Timberwolf again to add another bookmark.

And this seems perfectly reasonable to you?

With 256 MB RAM and unoptimized port? Yes.
If you can do it better, ask Friedens for source code and help them. |

we are all aware of that.
