Thanks. OGR-NG score is comparable to G3 1.5 GHz.
My cheap laptop gives G3 266 MHz performance in WinUAE/OS4.

Don´t compare AltiVec value, only scalar is (more or less) comparable.Last edited by pavlor on 22-Aug-2017 at 08:05 PM.

Don´t trust blindly such info. That is why I use simple CPU benchmark like dnetc. |

yes but ... kvm usually gave the true speed in virtualizzation. I hope they will fix this timebase error for have the true cpu power like i have on MOL. _________________ I love Amiga and new hope by AmigaNG A 500 + ; CDTV; CD32; PowerMac G5 Quad 8GB,SSD,SSHD,7800gtx,Radeon R5 230 2GB; MacBook Pro Retina I7 2.3ghz; #nomorea-eoninmyhome |

Don´t hold your breath too high. Only CLGD5446 4 MB is supported by OS4 (but driver is not included on SAM460 CD) and QEMU branch of this graphics chip is uncomplete (as far as I know they refused improvements Toni Willen did for WinUAE). |

It's a bug in the ub2lb code. It does indeed send a NULL which clealry violates that API function. Took me a month to find it! When I was porting the code to AmigaOne. Wish I had that QEMU back then with sources when I was debugging it. All I had was a UBoot crashlog over serial and laying printf()'s in the code till it turned up. |
I wouldn't like to be mean, but since ub2lb is GPL-v3 I assume that we (Giuseppe who was continuing my work on that code and myself, who initially started the u2blb project further renamed to parthenope) can hope for a commit some day?
The project is still on GitHub: https://github.com/cjg/ub2lb/

Neat. Why not? At least its not on X64.
Single thread virtualization could allow us to run multiple NG OS' copies on one system. I like it.
Or, better yet, give me one process dedicated to that and another dedicated to SMP. _________________ Amiga! "Our appeal has become more selective" |

Are you building these binaries yourself or using prebuilt binaries? I'd like to try this on a mac mini g4 with KVM. |

you need to clone the git from the github of qemu and apply all the patch one by one. i dont try the patched because for now for sure it not boot amigaos and morphos ... but Zoltan is working for made the two run. _________________ I love Amiga and new hope by AmigaNG A 500 + ; CDTV; CD32; PowerMac G5 Quad 8GB,SSD,SSHD,7800gtx,Radeon R5 230 2GB; MacBook Pro Retina I7 2.3ghz; #nomorea-eoninmyhome |

Guess Zoltan is easy to remember. But do you mean I need YAFA? Yet Another Forum Account.
BTW. Have you tried TenFourFox? Don't know if Leopard-Webkit work on Tiger. Doesn't sound like it. |
